RACING PROJECT was born thanks to the 20-year experience of the owner, a mechanic and pilot that has devote his passion to the 2 wheels competition's world.

This special control system, permits to regulate the phases of pressure, flow, emission of the exhaust gas and the relative noise, without alteration of the carburation levels.

In all the four-stroke engines, especially those of the last generation, which are more and more advanced (camshafts etc.), the feeding is mechanically regulated; therefore, in the phase of intake and exhaust, the gas going in, finding the exhaust valves still open, can come out without filling the cylinder properly, changing into unburned gas. The silencer has to produce a pressure for the unburned gas that is comimg out; at the same time it doesn't have to be too throttled, especially in the competition engines, not to limit the flow of the exhaust gas that the engine can develop.

Thanks to the top performance of the silencer Racing Project, the carburettor doesn't show any lack of carburation balance, shortcoming or over-feeding. The product is developed with the fittes regulators according to model, requirements and use; it will be delivered with material for further regulation, spare parts and the relative information. The first assembling consists in the testing of an intermediate setting causing a power increase on the whole supply arc.

The product, tested at the test bed, develops a high power increase (in horse-power) and shows a clear improvement of the supply linearity which is essential for a professional use on a racing track. Scheme of assemblage and technical card of regulation it is furnished with the purchase of the product.

Manifolds are realized exclusively to order. We also realize exhaust discharging systems to measure, tested at the test bed. Support that maintain pipes, their position and inclination are developerd respecting characteristics of original competition models and are studied in order to support the greatest stresses.

Equipments used are: alluminiumfor flanges and external body, stainless steel for exhaust manifold and internals.
